Eleonora Psenner (Italy) studied International Communication (University for Foreigners, Perugia) and holds a MA in International Event Management (University of Brighton) and a MA in Innovation and Organisation of Culture and the Arts (University of Bologna). She started her artistic path with performing arts and continued her profession in the ambit of documentary film, and in the event- and tourism sector. Her areas of research include Creative and Cultural Industries, regional development, community building, and transdisciplinary art. She recently conducted an exploratory analysis on the ecosystem of Creative and Cultural Industries in South Tyrol and she contributed to the AMIF – VOLPOWER project on multi-cultural youth volunteering and -empowerment. Eleonora strongly believes in the economic and cultural potential of creative sectors in a territorial development context. In her CORAL PhD she investigates the role of Creative Hubs as drivers of change in peripheral business ecosystems, comparing between Germany and Austria.
