Danai Liodaki

Danai is an Architect (Integrated Master in Architecture – National Technical University of Athens, 2018) and a performing artist (BA in Dramatic Arts – The Greek Art Theater, 2018). She also holds an M.Sc. from the National Technical University of Athens in Architecture-Space and Culture since 2021. Her research interests are focusing on public and common spaces, public art, community participation and social movements claiming rights to the city and nature. She has working experience in theater and the cultural field and has implemented sociocultural projects that aim to activate communities using artistic tools. She has also worked on policy making and spatial development, consulting Municipalities and Regional Governments all over Greece. Danai is determined to assist in the development of collaborative schemes and the creation of an anti-paradigm to the dominant model of individualism, through her research in the framework of CORAL ΙΤΝ and the Leibniz-Institute for Regional Geography in Leipzig.
